Leyva Palomino is the Founder and CEO of Novus Maintenance Group, a women-owned and minority-owned company focused on delivering professional janitorial and maintenance services. With a background in customer service, operations, and executive leadership, she founded the company to create opportunities for women, minorities, and future entrepreneurs. Inspired by family and community, Leyva leads with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Jocelyn Orozco

Jocelyn Reyes is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Novus Maintenance Group, a women-owned and minority-owned business she built alongside her sister, CEO Leyva Palomino. With a background in customer service, administration, and office management, Jocelyn brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to overseeing operations and supporting the company’s long-term growth. Inspired by family, she is passionate about building a lasting legacy rooted in hard work, professionalism, and community.

Ernesto Orozco

Ernesto Orozco is Vice President of Operations at Novus Maintenance Group, bringing over a decade of retail management and operational leadership experience. He has led large teams, managed daily operations, and built strong expertise in customer service, administration, and organizational efficiency, including work in real estate operations in San Francisco. A dedicated family man and husband to COO Jocelyn Orozco, he helps support the company’s growth with a focus on integrity, teamwork, and long-term success.

Armando Palomino

Armando Palomino serves as Vice President of Business Development for Novus Maintenance Group, bringing experience in business operations, client relations, and entrepreneurship. After growing up in Gustine, California and attending San Jose State University, he built his career working with technology companies, investment firms, accounting firms, and venture capital groups across the Bay Area. Passionate about family and business growth, Armando now focuses on helping scale Novus Maintenance Group while also operating an audiovisual production company specializing in golf tournaments and corporate events.

Nelly Reyes

Nelly Reyes is a Founder and Member of Novus Maintenance Group, and the driving inspiration behind the business her daughters now lead. After immigrating from Peru to the United States, she built a career rooted in resilience and entrepreneurship, including founding her own janitorial business and later launching an Alpaca fashion e-commerce brand while also working as a Bay Area market vendor. Today, she brings her decades of experience and business intuition to Novus Maintenance Group, where she continues to influence the company’s vision and legacy.

Tito Reyes

Tito Reyes is a Minority Member, Field Operator, and Advisor at Novus Maintenance Group, bringing decades of experience as a business owner in janitorial services and travel agency operations. He previously ran his own cleaning business serving Bay Area commercial clients and co-owned a travel agency for over 15 years, building strong skills in operations and customer service. Today, he supports Novus Maintenance Group through field operations and advisory guidance, helping uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
